Study materials provided by MSY Sarvottam Shiksha are for the exclusive use of enrolled students and must not be shared or distributed without permission.
The institute holds the copyright to all study materials and content.
05. Examinations and Assessments:
Students must adhere to the examination schedules and guidelines issued by the institute.
Internal assessments and mock tests are integral parts of the curriculum and must be taken seriously.
06. Use of Facilities:
Students are expected to use the institute’s facilities, including classrooms, libraries, and laboratories, responsibly and respectfully.
Any damage to institute property will be charged to the responsible student(s).
07. Communication:
The institute will communicate important information through official channels such as email, SMS, and notices on the premises.
Students and parents are responsible for keeping themselves updated with these communications.
08. Privacy Policy:
Personal information collected during the enrollment process will be used solely for academic and administrative purposes and will be kept confidential.
09. Amendments:

10. Liability:
The institute is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings on the premises.
MSY Sarvottam Shiksha is not liable for any injury or harm resulting from participation in physical activities conducted on the premises.
